HISTORY OF TFM POLISHING
TFM Polishing Enterprise was founded in Italy 2005, came to Ghana and started Awoshie, Accra, with a clear vision: to share specialized expertise in metal fabrication and polishing while creating meaningful opportunities for the local community, particularly the youth.
After 15 years of mastering advanced fabrication and polishing techniques in Italy, our founder returned to Ghana determined to bring world-class skills and standards home. What began as a mission to empower locals through practical training and sustainable livelihoods has grown into a respected name in quality metalwork across the country.
Our Journey
- Starting Point (2005): We launched with a focus on crafting elegant balustrades, fine furniture, and offering bowls, beginning with just one dedicated team member.
- Early Growth (2005–2010): Building skills and reputation with a small but committed team.
- Expansion Phase (2010–2015): Growing to a team of two, while relocating from Awoshie to Kwashieman and later to Nungua to support increasing demand.
- Present Day (2015–2026): Now proudly based in our own dedicated space at Amasaman, Stadium Road, Accra, with a strong team of eight skilled professionals delivering exceptional results.
Over the years, we have combined authentic Italian technology, precision methods, and tools with the passion, creativity, and resilience of Ghanaian craftsmanship.
